Athento allows you to configure a team using artificial intelligence. To do so, you will have the Athenea assistant, who will guide you through the configuration process.
To get started, go to the “Team” section and access the “Configure” option.
In this view you will see two main areas: one for the conversation with Athenea and another for configuration.
In the conversation area, you will be able to chat with Athenea to gradually refine the configuration until you get the expected result. You can ask her to modify an existing configuration or to create a completely new configuration. Athenea will respond with a configuration JSON and an explanation. You will be able to review the generated JSON in the configuration area.
You can also request an explanation of the current configuration using the suggested questions that appear just above the chat box:
In the configuration area you will find 3 sections:
- Current: shows the team’s current configuration or, if you have already started the conversation, the latest configuration generated with Athenea.
- Comparison: compares the team’s current configuration with the new configuration generated by Athenea.
- New: shows the new configuration generated by Athenea so far.
At the top you will see several buttons. One of them lets you refresh the current configuration, loading your team’s current configuration. On the left, the last time the configuration was loaded is shown.
Keep this configuration up to date so that the team configurator works correctly.
As you talk with Athenea, you will be able to see the generated configuration in the configuration area. When you are satisfied with the result, click the “Apply configuration” button.
This button will apply to the team the configuration indicated by Athenea, creating and updating the corresponding objects. At the moment, Athenea is able to configure forms, spaces, fields, field categories, trays, lifecycles, lifecycle states, and transitions. Any additional request to configure other elements will be omitted.
