Athento allows you to view forms as folders; or, in other words, create folders based on forms with fields.
This functionality is useful when you need to work with forms that “contain” other documents. A typical example is a file: it includes employee fields (first name, last name, ID number, employee number, etc.) and also their associated documents (ID, certificates, contracts, etc.).
To view a form as a folder from navigation, you must add the Folderish facet to the form.
Convert a form into a folder
Follow these steps to convert a form into a folder:
- Access the form from the Forms section.
- In the Basic Configuration panel, enable the Folderish facet.
