Athento has an automation library from which the different product-specific operations are available, which will allow us to automate the implemented processes.
To activate the operations or automations it is necessary to follow the steps below:
1. Access the automation tab in the configuration of the space where you want to activate the automations.
2. In this tab, the operations enabled in the processing phases and those enabled to be launched at other moments of the implemented process will appear (from a button, when the document has a specific lifecycle state, when completing the value of a metadata field…)
3. In the lower area of the page, you will find the "automation library" section. In this section you can locate the product operations that you need to activate for the process or the processes parameterized in this space.
4. From the filter you can search for the operation; for example, if I need OCR extraction, I can search for OCR and the system will return the operations available for it.
5. When I locate the operation, I will select the Install button that appears on the operation. For example, it may be the case that I have the same operation active several times in the same space because I need to launch it in different processing phases. In these cases, I can Reinstall the operation as many times as necessary.
To deactivate the operation in the space, click the disable button on the operation and it will appear in the list of disabled operations.
