The API documentation can be consulted from the product interface itself.
Specifically, it can be consulted from the forms defined in the application.
To access the API documentation, access one of the created forms. Within the form, go to the API v1 tab.
By clicking on each service, you will be able to see the details of the call and its specification.
How to test with the Athento API
You can test the services from the explorer, which you can access from the URL:
https://subdominio.athento.com/api/v1/explorer/
Or by clicking on the icon to the left of the service name:
If you prefer to download a collection for Postman and test there, you can do that too.
How to authenticate for testing
You can use basic authentication, with username and password. You can also use an Oauth token. In this second case:
1. Obtain the credentials: How can a client secret and client ID be generated to obtain an authentication token in web services?
2. Configure authentication in Postman: Postman configuration with Oauth
